Fixed water connection and rapid steam reduction
Thanks to the Combi-Steam XSL F’s plumbed water intake and drain, fresh water is
available for steaming at all times. The steam reduction button manually activates rapid
extraction of the steam during operation, to allow additional food to be placed in the
oven more conveniently. This function runs automatically at the end of cooking so food
can be immediately removed. There is no need to top up the water reservoir – this is only
required for descaling.

Cleaning the cooking space takes no time at all – just give the smooth surfaces a quick
wipe with a cloth afer cooking and you’re done. This is because the steam is produced
in an external generator. As a result, only pure steam gets into the oven so no limescale
can form in the first place. A climate sensor also monitors humidity during steaming and
ensures there is virtually no water left over at the end. The appliance indicates the best
time to descale the steam generator too which is a simple guided process that keeps
your oven functioning at its optimal level..
